Mrs. Smith's Agriculture Class (Luminary Middle School)
The foundation is planning to donate an aquaponics educational systems to Kelly Smith's Agriculture class at Luminary Middle School.

Mrs. Smith was nominated by John, a current student. John said, "Mrs.Smith is a wonderful teacher, and will do great things with the food, maximizing the growth and production of the system"

John has committed to distributing some of the systems extra food, add plans on visiting different senior living communities to share fresh organic spinach, lettuce and herbs.
Mrs. Smith shared the photos below of possible locations for the system to be set up and said;
"We are excited about the possibility of receiving an aquaponics system for the agriculture program at Luminary Middle School. Adding this system would give our students a hands-on way to learn about sustainable farming, the water cycle, and the relationship between plants and aquatic animals. It would also be a great opportunity for students to explore science, technology, and agriculture all in one project. An aquaponics system would not only support our garden efforts but also spark curiosity and creativity in the classroom, helping students see how innovative solutions can support food production and environmental health"
